Let the teacher
lead the story.
A heavily AI-led visual presence can make the real people behind the Gurukul harder to see. Put Dhyanushri's teaching, voice and community at the centre.
Your teaching has depth. Let's give it a digital presence that earns trust—and a clear journey from first discovery to participation.
01 / The opportunity
A spiritual offering needs more than attention. People need to know the guide, understand the experience, and feel ready for the next step.
A heavily AI-led visual presence can make the real people behind the Gurukul harder to see. Put Dhyanushri's teaching, voice and community at the centre.
The current page places much of its information inside images. Clear text, a considered hierarchy and a mobile-friendly layout can make the programme easier to understand.
Give every post and campaign a clear destination. Then connect enquiries, registration, reminders and attendance so the team can see what happens after the click.
Initial observations from the public website and social presence. Account data and the team's enquiry process will guide the final plan.
02 / One connected journey
Content, advertising and the website should work together. Each has a job to do at a different moment in the decision.
Earn a meaningful first impression
Useful teaching clips, thoughtful explanations and paid creative bring relevant people into the journey. Authentic footage gives the audience something real to connect with.
Look for Video retention, relevant engagement and cost per landing-page visit.
Help interest become understanding
The profile and campaign page explain the programme, guide, curriculum, format and who it is for. Genuine participant experiences support the offer with the right context and permission.
Look for Page engagement, CTA clicks and the questions people still ask.
Make the next step clear
A focused page and straightforward registration path reduce confusion. Track enquiries separately from confirmed paid registrations, using the actual payment or enrolment record where available.
Look for Enquiry conversion, confirmed registrations and cost per registration.
Support the handoff
Define confirmations, joining instructions, reminders and a person to answer questions. CRM, WhatsApp API and email automation can support this stage through a separately scoped setup.
Look for Response time, follow-up status and attendance rate.
Build an ongoing relationship
Use thoughtful follow-up to gather feedback and introduce suitable future programmes under the Gurukul team's guidance. Keep the conversation useful, relevant and permission based.
Look for Programme enquiries, enrolments and revenue where attribution is reliable.

03 / A more authentic presence
Let Dhyanushri's voice carry the story. Use the Gurukul's plum, cream and warm accents to create a consistent visual identity around it.
Teaching, made accessibleShort clips, questions and beginner-friendly explanations.
The life of the GurukulReal sessions, preparation, events and participant experiences.
Invitations with clarityProgramme details, curriculum highlights and useful FAQs.
Devotional artwork supports the identity. Real footage and correctly contextualised testimonials build familiarity. AI can assist production without replacing the people behind the work.
04 / The first expression
A clear introduction, readable programme details, the guide's story and a focused registration path. The sample brings the existing brand into an editorial, mobile-friendly experience.
Design concept for discussion. Final programme details and registration flow will be confirmed before launch. Website tracking will follow the agreed scope. Backend integrations are quoted separately.
05 / Selected clients
A few of the clients we work with, including Spiritual Tara—a relevant reference for the Gurukul.

Featured client / Spiritual Tara
Our work with Spiritual Tara brings its website, events, practitioner listings, bookings, CRM and WhatsApp communication into one connected experience.
It is a relevant example of how discovery, registration and follow-up can work together for a spiritual brand.
06 / The investment
Two monthly ways to work together. One clear scope for each.
For a team creating and publishing its own content, with Compactum managing paid acquisition.
Ad spend is additional. Content production, social publishing and ongoing page work sit outside this package.
Discuss performance marketingIncludes performance marketing. One monthly fee.
Content volume, page priorities, filming needs and approvals are agreed in the monthly production plan.
Discuss the complete engagementA standalone option
Two responsive landing pages, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and tracking for agreed website actions. Includes campaign link tagging, event checks and handover.
Initial campaign pages are included within the agreed ₹80,000 managed scope. ₹11,000 applies to a standalone two-page engagement. CRM and other external integrations are scoped separately.
07 / The supporting systems
The right setup depends on the team's existing tools and follow-up process. We scope these separately before implementation.
Capture enquiries, record campaign sources, assign follow-up and track each person's status.
Setup & integration quoted separatelyConnect confirmations, useful reminders and appropriate follow-up through approved accounts and consent-based messaging.
Setup & integration quoted separatelyA WhatsApp assistant for approved programme FAQs, basic guidance and enquiry routing, with clear boundaries and human handoff.
Optional · separately scopedAdvertising spend, software subscriptions, CRM licences, WhatsApp/API usage, email services and hosting are additional. Tool choices, integration fees and vendor costs will be agreed before purchase.
08 / How the work moves forward
Review programmes, audiences, account data, existing assets and enquiry handling. Agree the priority offer, production plan, budget and measurement baseline.
Prepare the content and ads, complete the landing pages, configure agreed tracking, and test the registration journey before sending approved traffic.
Review enquiry quality, registrations and attendance. Test messages, creative and page changes, then use those findings to plan the next cycle.
The launch schedule follows confirmation of account access, programme details, approved assets and the production plan.
The ongoing rhythm
09 / What success looks like
Clicks tell part of the story. The useful picture connects interest to registrations, attendance and the next programme.
Targets will be set from the starting data, programme economics, capacity and media budget. No fixed return or registration volume is promised.
Relevant reach, video retention
and landing-page visits
CTA clicks, completed enquiries
and page conversion
Confirmed registrations, cost per
registration and attendance
Follow-up quality, programme
enrolments and attributable revenue
An enquiry is not yet a paid registration. We'll use confirmed payment or enrolment records where available. A/B tests need sufficient traffic; at lower volumes, we will prioritise sequential improvements and avoid premature conclusions.
10 / Working together
Strategy, creative direction, the selected package deliverables, campaign management, agreed website work, reporting and recommendations.
Accurate programme details, account access, approved imagery and footage, participant permissions, a designated approver and timely enquiry handling.
Monthly priorities, content quantities, page requirements, media budget, approval timings and what qualifies as an enquiry or confirmed registration.
It is the total service fee for performance marketing, content and social management, and the agreed campaign landing-page and website work. The ₹35,000 performance fee is already included. Content volume and page priorities are defined in the monthly plan.
This is a standalone one-time engagement for two landing pages with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and agreed website tracking. Initial campaign pages are included within the agreed managed monthly scope. External integrations and their usage fees are separate.
CRM, WhatsApp API and email setup or integration; the optional AI WhatsApp assistant; on-site filming; extensive website redevelopment; and work beyond the agreed production scope. Ad spend and third-party operating costs are additional.
We confirm the engagement, first programme, production scope, media budget, access and approval process. Final payment terms, applicable taxes and engagement terms will be recorded in the service agreement. The Gurukul approves programme and teaching claims and remains responsible for programme delivery.
Let's build the next chapter
Start with the right scope and one priority programme. We'll connect the content, campaign and registration journey around it.
